Last Updated: March 12, 2026

In order to ensure transparency and give you more control over your Personal Information, this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) governs how we, Boosteam.ai / Agenteam AI Ltd (“Boosteam,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) use, collect and store Personal Information that we collect or receive from or about you (“you”) in connection with https://www.boosteam.ai (the “Website”) and the services provided therein (the “Services”).

We greatly respect your privacy, which is why we make every effort to provide a platform that would live up to the highest user privacy standards. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully, so you can fully understand our practices in relation to Personal Information. “Personal Information” means any information that can be used, alone or together with other information, to uniquely identify any living human being and any information deemed as Personally Identifiable Information by privacy laws (“PII”). Please note that this is a master privacy policy and some of its provisions only apply to individuals in certain jurisdictions. For example, the legal basis in the table below is only relevant to GDPR-protected individuals. With respect to Israeli Privacy Law (“IPP”), the provision of your Personal Information is voluntary, and its provision is subject to your consent and free will. Important note: Nothing in this Privacy Policy is intended to limit in any way your statutory rights, including your rights to a remedy or other means of enforcement.

Boosteam’s mission is to provide a multi-agent AI platform that architects and executes complex workflows.

Depending on how you use our Services, Boosteam serves as both a Data Controller and a Data Processor under the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).

  • We act as the Data Controller for information you provide directly, including account and billing details. We determine how and why this data is processed.
  • We act as the Data Processor for our customers’ data collected as part of the provision of our Services. Our customers are the Data Controllers for this information, and we process it solely to execute your workflows according to their instructions.

Your rights and our responsibilities vary depending on which category applies.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. If we implement material changes in the way we use your Personal Information, we will notify you by posting a notice on our Website or by other means and take any additional steps as required by applicable law.
